Chronic Rhinitis or something else?

My nose has been swollen shut for 5 years now. There is no fluid or sneezing or itching. It's like the inside of my nose is swollen and sometimes it hurts once in a while. When I first went to the doctor he told me it was chronic rhinitis and gave me nasal steroids and I went to immunotherapy for a year. None of it helped one bit.

Is it possible something else is causing this swelling in my nose besides allergies? It never gets better. I never have a "good" day where it clears up and I really don't think it has anything to do with allergies.
