Hi! Does anybody know something more about severe kidney diseases? I have diabetes. I know that diabetes is one of the leading causes of chronic renal failure. I still don't have any serious symptoms of any kind of kidney disease but I started to worry. What is typical Chronic renal failure managment in diabetics? Thanks!

I know something about chronic renal failure because my mother has it also. The management of diabetes in chronic renal failure consists of management of diabetes and management of diabetic complications. That means that patient need to improved control of blood glucose and also control of hypertension. Even if blood pressure well controlled, patient need to use angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors.
