Chunk of semen came out while I was urinating

Shortly after masturbating today I went to the bathroom. After I was done I started to get a pain, it felt like it was coming from the tip of my penis. I drank about 5 glasses of water and urinated 2 more times, the 2nd time I urinated I felt like a "pop" and then looked in the toilet and there was this white/yellowish thing at the bottom. I scooped it out with a spoon and it looks to be semen but in a very chunky form. I put gloves on and felt it and its very squishy. Could someone explain what it is or could be and if I should be worried and what I should do if anything? Thanks.

I should also add after this came out I no longer had the pain in the tip of my penis.

Odd, as it sounds like a kidney stone you passed, but they are usually hard like sand. Sex can cause a kidney stone to pass through your urinary system, if it's on its way out or starting to move through your urinary tract. Maybe it's not a calcium stone, but another type? I'd put in a call to a urologist or pop in for a quick visit. They can give your kidneys an xray to see if you have anymore.
