Chunks of bile like material from my throat.

Each Morning when i get out of the bed I have a lot of clear sinus drainage. I Brush my teeth immediately. I usually have what seems like a chunk of food or some kind of bile like material that i hack up. It is hard to get out but i feel it in there and i have to get it out or I will cough until i do.

I have done this since i was a small child. At times it goes away but it comes and goes. Do you have any idea what it is? It is awful and tastes extremely bad.

Tonsil stones.

Try eating corn tortillas with most of your meals. They tend to scrape on the stones preventing them from growing. Also good for intestines and stomatch cleaning. I try eating tortillas and eggs at least 3 time a week. Cut 3-4 raw tortillas into triangular shaped pieces like chips and fry them in a pan just enough to get them warm. Next add 2 eggs for one serving and scramble them together. Add a tad of salt a while the egg is still raw. Scramble until well done. Your gonna love it. I started getting these stones while fasting and drinking heavy on the weekends. I would notice the bile and stones on Mondays up until Wednesday. Friday I would do it all over again. LOL!
