Hi! my curiously how do you clean the inside vigina. is it clean itself or do you have to push something up there to wash it out.

it cleans it self mostly, you shouldn't use soap, wetwipes or anything like that in it, i changes the pH and this can lead to itchy yeast infections. if you just bath/ shower washing th eoustide with warm water and around the outer area with soap it takes care of itself.
