Clear, lumpy discharge

My husband and I are now trying to get pregnant and all the info says that your discharge gets clear and slippery right before you ovulate. This is happening yesterday and today but there are also chunks in the discharge. They're clear, not white or pink. I've seen chunks like that during my period but they've always been red or brown clots. These are clear. Is this normal? I'm 27 and have always paid attention to things like this and I know I've never had this before.

Just an update... I didn't conceive last month. I'm ovulating again within the next few days and am having the same type of discharge. It's the egg-white type discharge but with large, clear lumps. I never had anything like this up until last month. Any ideas?

i am having the same problem. I am 26 in 4 months will be 27. I am having a non smelling clear fluid with clear lumps. The only thing you didn't mention is that if you had any pain or not. For the past 2 days I have had pain in mt lower abdomen. I just got back on the pill about 2 weeks ago. If you locate what this is please let me know Confused
