Clear discharge. hard to pee

Hello, well i back in febuary i stopped taking my birth control which led me to a very very wierd period. Well whenever my cycle ended i started getting discharge. its clear but i get it all the time. whenever i have to go pee really bad i just dont go and thats whenever i get like this. but whenever i do pee i dont have it. is this just becuz my bf or is it something else.??? plz let me know
