Hi! I have sensitive combination skin. I exfoliatre once a week but I have noticed lately that the pores on my nose have gotten much larger. After cleansing with Cetaphil for sensitive skin, I could see soft, whitish clogs of sebum and dead skin resting in the pores on my nose. What is the best way to clean these away? I'm afraid of wiping them away with a washcloth incase it damages my skin, and using nose strips when this sebum hardens just leaves my pores wide open. Should I use a cleanser with Salycic Acid instead?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, these things are really taking their toll emotionally. |
