Cluster of dark, flat spots on perineum

In the beginning there was a discharge (appeared orange/red) accompanied by a cluster of spots directly under the vaginal opening.

Later on the orange/red discharge disappeared and I noticed a bump barely in the opening and a constant white cloudy discharge.

I don't have an appointment with the clinic until the end of next month.

I only have one sexual partner.
