Hi. I am a guy 43 years old, and I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol. I start every day with a coffee, and I take two more during the day. I couldn’t really think of spending a day without drinking a cup of coffee. Could it be linked with my high cholesterol condition?
Yes, it is proven time and time again the coffee raises cholesterol levels. I had to cut the coffee drinking due to this. Having high blood levels of cholesterol increases your chances for getting a heart attack. That isn’t good. Now I am drinking filtered coffee once a day. Unfiltered coffee raises cholesterol because the substances which raise cholesterol are in the beans. I suggest, that you cut with the coffee too, or just drink it less times a day.
