Hi, I had an operation for a collapsed disc three years ago. I had no pain mostly, only from time to time I can notice difference in sensitivity of this region. Why is it happening?

Hi, I had operation of collapsed disk ten years ago. I was free of pain for long time, and then suddenly after falling from motor bike my pain returned. Gradually over the years it was worsening. I got my pine checked on CT scan and my injury was renewed. However, the doctor said that another operation is not necessary. I was sent to chiropractic and later I really didn’t have pain. Now, I have exercises to practice regularly in order to keep my spine in good shape. I believe that you need to strengthen this region and learn how to sit and stand in anatomically favorable position.
