A friend just died from what the doctors said was colonitis. Extreme pain; infectious material "gushing" out when they performed surgery and his intestines, liver, kidneys and eyes were being "eaten". They said it was very rare and only 4 people in the U.S. have had this condition.

I can't find anything on Colonitis that comes close to describing tihs conditon.
