Well...here i am in another try to lose weight. I have realise that i don't do much exercise and i feel that i don't even want to do it , because my selfsteem is very low by now. I know that the more youy burn the lss fat you eat the most you lose weight...But what happens when you don;'t really excercise...is there a way to lose weight. I thin k it is what an ex-colleague of mine used to say."Close your mouth" and that;'s what i'm doing right now. I have realised that i can't afford three beautiful meals a day, bacause of what i have just said...i won't burn it...So i have decided being very cruel and cut out to just one normal meal (tea time) and for brekky just my natural juice and skip lunch..Will se ehwta's going to happen, and of course controlling that one meal with a natural pill that i'm taking 30 mins before to controll apetite , otherwise i will eat for the three meals in just one...which can be the worst!!
