excellent source of information here! I have suffered 10 attacks in about three years, the last one just being a few days ago, out of the hospital now I am scared too eat anything. Hardly no fat at all, and living on Dilaudid and Oxycontin as well as phenergan. Not a pretty sight this pancreatic stuff. One rule of thumb avoid enriched white flour products, and no PASTA! If you must eat pasta make it wheat only.
