| Fix the format. It's full of words spelled incorrectly. #2: not seasoning your vegetables doesn't make any sense and #3 is unreadable because of the girl on the ball. |

This point in the article is absolutely stupid:
7. When you are depressed, there is no way to lose weight, because most people do not care about their weight. Being lonely and bored also makes you hungry. That is why, it is not a good idea to start trying to lose weight when you are depressed, lonely, or bored.
If you're lonely, bored, or depressed losing excess weight is the BEST pick me up ever. You'll feel better, you'll look better, you'll may even pull yourself out of the slump you've ended up in. Working out also produces endorphins that make you feel better.
So ignore this comment in this article. It's just plain ignorant. |
