It cannot be stressed enough that using warm compresses helps SO much. I had sinusitis earlier this year and I was suffering from it greatly but then I decided to put a warm compress and I felt SO much better that I decided to keep doing it and I got better much faster than anticipated. Thanks for posting this becasue I think it's got some really good treatments and remedies on it. Thanks again!
