there is no easy way to recover from been dependant upon alcohol, the best thing to do would be to go to a group aa and speak to people with the same problems. you are obviously drinking for a reason (maybe this could be helping you escape reality) you do need support and friends, and try to come off it slowly , it will be that bit easier. Wink
