Complicated story but am i pregnant?

Hello, i really need help with this! im soo worried, i am 15 years old and me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time, the condom split however, and we were not sure if he pulled out in time, to make sure i went to the doctors and took the morning after pill. I then came on my period a few days later however it was 12 days early, it was slightly abnormal than usual but not completly, does this mean i am not pregnant or not? i am so scared and don't know whether to take that as a sign if i am or not as ive heard you could still be pregnant?

It is normal for the morning after pill to cause changes in your cycle ie heavier or lighter, later or sooner. It may take a couple of months for your cycle to return to normal, but the fact that you had bleeding is a good sign that the pill worked.
