I know early pregnancy symptoms aren't felt until implantation and the release of HCG, but I am just wondering if the body knows that the egg and sperm have joined and that it is on it's way down the tubes to where it will implant? Ie. does it start to prepare for it after conception, or totally not know until implantion itself takes place? So when people say they feel pregnancy symptoms as soon as Conception takes place is it really possible or just intuition?
