I am 17 years old and i've only recently realized the foreskin has to retract (a little late I know). For the past few weeks i've been stretching the foreskin to allow the head to be seen during the erection, as it could not before. Well earlier on I finally managed to stretch the penis over the head but the foreskin will not go back to its original self. It used to cover the whole of the head leaving a few mm of skin dangling at the end. Now 1/4 of my head is still poking out and i'm unable to pull the foreskin back over without the head poking out. The head is very sensitive and throbs when a layer of clothing touches it.This has been happening for a few hours now and i'm very worried something is wrong. I'm also worried about using the toilet. Do you have any explanations, is this normal???
