I think I maybe have scalp folliculitis. My friend is nurse and she told me that. But she also said that it’s nothing serious. So now I don’t know do I need to ask for some medical help or just leave it. Please, tell me what is concerned about scalp folliculitis? Thanks!

You don’t need to worry. Mild cases of folliculitis often clear up without any treatment. But you must be careful, if the infection doesn't improve in two or three days, call your doctor. You should know that it can complicate and you can get some serious bacterial infection. Then you may need antibiotics.
