I recently took 3 days of antibiotics and had to follow the 7 day rule for my contraceptive pill. On the 4th day the condom split - am I at risk of becoming pregnant?

Yes, you are at some risk, but I cannot tell you exactly how much.

IF it has been less than 5 days you should get PLAN B.
