I have heartburn ALL of the time. I have it when I wake up in the morning until I go to bed at night. I have drank so much milk that I feel like a cow. I take Pepcid AC everyday, but it never helps. I tried Chewy Rolaids. I need some help. I was looking into trying Prilosec OTC. Could anyone tell me their experience using this product? Are there any other medicines that I should try? Do I need to see a doctor?

Thanks!!

Hi,

I suffer with this all the time and used Zantac effervescent tablet 150mg and it helped alot....Also the doctor recommended that I go on Nexium and that also helped me...I don't get the burning in my stomach so much again.

Thank you for your reply. I have not tried Nexium before. Is it OTC or do I need to see a doctor about it?
