I am a 24 year old female and For the past 2 weeks I have had a constant nasea and stomach pains. I feel sick even thinking of food aswell as eating. I know I am not pregnant. And nothing I take helps at all. I am not on any prescriptions or anything. Any sugestions on what it might be?
