Constant bad stomach, dissyness, sickness, dissorientation.

I have not been well for about 4 years now since i had a bad car crash where my friend died for his injury's, the only injury i was checked for was a broken coller bone, i was not checked for any thing else. since that crash ive been feeling really ill and i cant seem to find out what is wrong. i keep feeling wobbly when standing up and when i lean against something it sometimes feels like it move's.i have a small lump in front of my ear, i have been to see a specialist who never looked at the lump and only gave me a balance test which i passed. i also get tingling in two of my fingers on my left hand and have had a bad stomach for a long while too,and an ichy anus. nothing i do seems to get rid of it, i have started to feel sick some morning's now too. and sometimes i feel as thou im gonna collapse and have to lie down.
Hope you can understand this.
Please help!

its really getting me down and stopping me from having a normal life.[/b]
