Constant bowel urge and urinating sensation with discomfort

Hi,

I have a constant urge for bowel movement and a very uncomfortable sensation in my urinary tract(I guess) since the last 2 days. Also I have not been able to hold my bladder at all. I have to go and relieve myself immediately although there is very little urination.

Could somebody please help me with some information?
