I am 27 yrs old. All my life I have suffered from Constant colds and Tiredness which seem to be getting worse. I now have developed a throat problem were at least 2 weeks in a month I have no voice. I eat well, excercise and sleep at least 9 hours a night. Doctors tell me that it is a stress related problem but I am at my wits end trying to cure it. I just don't know how. Can anyone help?
