I've had a cold basically all winter on and off. I keep getting a blocked or runny nose, i constantly feel tired, i wake up with a sour throat which does get better as the day goes on. I also have this bad cough which i have had for about 2 years. I dont think there's anything wrong with my chest, i think its more to do with excess mucus etc. I cycle alot and it's really annoying when your trying to climb a mountain and you cant stop coughing. Im an 18 year old, healthy, active girl with no history of allergies etc. I've been back and for to the doctor so many times and they never seem to do anything. Anyone got any ideas what it may be? Thanks
