Hi, I have met my friend yesterday in the pub and we stayed for a while in pleasant conversation. He told me that he has problem with his sleeping and that he is constantly sleepy over the day. I know that this is not good but I would like to know something more about it.

Hi, there is big difference if your friend is sleeping over the day because he wants to or because of some other reason. There is term narcolepsy which describes people who are able to sleep every moment and in every situation. It is very serious disorder and it needs serious neurological treatment. If your friend is sleeping over the day by his will it is not good also because it has impacts on biorhythm and hormones cycles but is less dangerous than previous disorder.
