Constant hunger pains, lower abdomen pains, and feeling like I need to throw up

hi my name is nicole and im a 16 year old girl
for the past few days i have been feeling extreamly hungry all the time, but also nauseas, which makes me not want to eat
this has never happened to me before, i have also had "not so solid" light colored stool [ew i know]
im soo hungry...but also nauseas....i dont know what to do
