Hello,
I need advice. I had flue month and a half ago, but since than I have constant sore throat. I drunk antibiotics, syrups, but nothing seems to help my sore throat. Has anyone some advice, what should I do next? I went to the doctor and he gave me the same syrup as the first time I went, but as I said, this doesn’t help.

Hey,
I have a home made remedy… In salvia officinalis is a herb useful for many purposes, such as cooking and also sore throat. I advice you make a tea. Salvia officinalis has a very bitter taste, so I advise you make a tea with small amount of salvia officinalis (1 tea spoon for 0,5 l water); leave salvia for 15 minutes in hot water. Then gargle salvia tea and spit it out, do not drink it- it has a terrible taste (at least for me). Do it like that few times daily- the more – the better and you’ll be better in few days.
I hope salvia will help you and you’ll feel better.

| This might sound crazy, but have you been checked for chlamydia of the throat? If not, I'd have your dr. consider that... |
