Constant spotting for weeks

I have been spotting constantly since 3/5 it's now 3/21. My period was due around 3/17. I have no cramps which is very uncommon- they're usually so intense I can barely move. I usually bleed alot (I change my tampon about every 1/2-1 hour for the first couple of days then the last 6 days or so I can go about 2-3 hours). I also have not had the headache I usually have before each period. The bleeding started to get worse yesterday but there's barely enough to use a tampon. The blood is bright red as usual but there are no clots. I have had ovarian cysts in the past but they were painfull but never made me bleed like this. I saw my doc a couple of months ago cause I spotted for about 5 days before my period, she said it was normal. This doesnt feel normal to me.... Should I go talk to another doc or wait and see if it stops?
