I am 30 years old.
Around 3 months back, I noticed that my stomach remained constantly hard. Whether I had had a meal or my stomach was empty, it remained hardened and I used to belch also constantly. Then, I started having testicular aches. Recently, I noticed that my scrotum remains filled with fluid and gets positioned towards the penis.
Gas seems to be produced daily and I also have sinus infections.
I am also experiencing breathing difficulties and chest pain since last few days. However, I am able to eat quite normally and have not had any weight loss.
I examined the testicles and found that the epididymis was quite painful when I examined it. I did not find any lumps on my testicles.
Could I be suffering from an testicle infection? or something more serious? |

This sounds serious enough that you should go see a doctor for complete physical.
The symptoms you describe may not all be related,but it sounds like the type of information you should be sharing with your doctor.

I have the same symptoms...did you ever figure out what was going on?

ive had this problem for 2 years anybody has any idea.
ive been to doctors, urologist, bowel specialist and now im feeling so rubbish from it all the pain. light headed aswell. I just wish that when I wake up in the morning it would all dissapear... the tubes in my testicles feel swollen aswell. |

My brother, Jerry(age 5 started experiencing almost the same syptoms, but he had other ones too like throwing up for like three months until I finally got he to go to the emergency room. After a battery of tests the diagnosis was:
Gastroparesis(a condition where the food in the stomach doesn't empty fast enough and the food decomposes causing gas and belching and bloating of the abdomen) something that we had never heard of before. Before you think that that might be what you have, understand that my brother is also a diabetic. As for the bloated scrotum my brother also suffers from congestive heart failure and because of this the fluid has built up in his body everywhere including his scrotum. He is now in the hospital being drained of that excess fluid. I hope that this at least gives you a glimmer of insight into what you might have. But I hope you don't!!!
