Hi. I’m 25 and I’ve recently noticed blood in my stool and experienced severe abdominal pain. Other than that I’m in very good shape… I’m going to visit my doc tomorrow but I just wanted to see if anybody else knows what this could be and what should I pay attention to. Thanks.

HI. I too had same problem some 5-6 months ago and went to docter who diagnosed me with constipation. He also told me that constipation is the most common gastrointestinal complaint in the U.S. The good news is that it can be treated – I just had to get some Get 30 minutes of exercise each day, drink a lots of liquid (8 glasses a day) and start diet. I think that could be your problem too, but it is still the best to have it looked by a doc.
