Hi! I’m 25 and I have diabetes. I’m on excellent treatment and I fell ok. Also I’m on diet, of course. I’ve just heard that using cornstarch can help people with diabetes. Does anybody use it or maybe just know is good to consume cornstarch if you suffer from diabetes? Thanks!

Yes, cornstarch is very good for you. I read some researches about it. One of them showed that oral cornstarch supplementation reduces the risk for nocturnal hypoglycemia in young children with type 1 diabetes. The other one says that snack bar with uncooked cornstarch can diminish night time and morning hypoglycemia without causing hyperglycemia.
