Hi, I am 27 year old male and I have some strange, small spots and rash on my thigh. I don’t know if it is contact dermatitis or yeast infection?

Hi, it is important to know what do you consider has provoked this skin change. If it is some allergy or irritation, first you need to prevent further irritation. It could be from sunlight, if you are have recently been exposed to the sun. Phototoxic dermatitis is caused by sunlight. Common causes of irritant contact dermatitis are ingredients of cosmetic products. Fungal infection is characterized by white marks, and it can be easily differentiated from dermatitis. You can apply some antihistamine cream for treatment of this condition.
