My daughter who is 4+ years old experiences trouble in breathing through her nose instead she practices breathing through her mouth. Often her nose is blocked and at times running nose. This is very regularly taking place in her case, could you please detail me with the pros and cons and what has to be done to cure her from this.

I have shown her to an ENT specialist in India who prescribed her a course of tablets, after diagnosing her that she has an extra growth in her nasal pipe, but does not seem to be improving.
