I guess I just need some info that would make me quit the beta blocker therapy. I cannot say that it is not effective; my glucose blood levels are fine, but still. I have heard that side effects can be troublesome, but that is something I will obviously have to deal with when they come. Anyway, what are contraindications of beta blockers?

Well, let’s say that diabetes is a condition that is contra indicated for beta blockers. As for side effects I do not think that you have any good reason to be scared. I mean, if you ever feel slightly discomforting because of that cure, that can always be changed. I mean, there is a large variety of many different medications that might help you and your medical problem.
