Hi, I am 23 years old and whole my life I’ve had asymmetrical face. It will finally be over soon, because I will have it corrected. Does anyone know something about this surgery?

I had asymmetrical face too. One side of my face was bigger than the other, along with my nose and jaw. One day I watched on TV something about a surgery that helped many people correct their asymmetrical faces, and I decided to go for it. Orthognathic surgery helped me have a normal life for the first time. This surgery manipulates with the elements of the facial skeleton to restore the proper anatomic relationship. There is always a risk with this surgery, but I had no problems. First think a doctor had to do is make careful analysis of the soft tissue, skeletal evaluation and dental evaluation. My face is not more asymmetrical, and some people couldn’t even recognize me.
