Cortisone Injections side effects?

Two months ago I had a car accident and was hurt badly, even though I had my headgear (fell from a motorcycle). I had a brain contusion, I was in a hospital a long time and has been receiving high amounts of cortisone by injections. Doctor told me that is because of prevention of brain swelling. Now I have some symptoms, but I do not know if they are injury related or are those just Cortisone injections side effects?

The most often symptoms could occur only after the drug has been taken for a long period of time. Symptoms you have felt could be easily connected to Cortisone injections. Unwanted side effects are infections, lack of proteins, and inability of osteoporosis. The acnes might occur and misbalance of electrolytes too.
