About 3 weeks ago I had a cortisone shot in my left knee due to arthritis pain and it has definitely helped. About a week to 10 days later i started haivng general and extreme aching in my left leg and back. It just won't quit! I'm wondering if the shot could have instigated an FMS flareup or if it is probably unrelated.
