I am pregnant now in my 28. year of life. I am so happy that I cannot describe you. The same goes for my husband. Still, I am a bit concerned. I have always been Couch potato before pregnancy, should I start exercising now (that I am preggo)? It is not that I have many extra kilos, but because of the easier pregnancy period, maybe I should build my muscles a bit?
You cannot do that now. If you have not thought about it before, I am afraid that it is a bit late for that now. Not to mention the fact that there might be a possibility of hurting your baby with exercises. Higher temperature might cause damage to your child, especially in the first trimester.
