| Coumadin is a very serious medicament that could make a lot of side effects, such as skin changes, even discoloration of some skin areas, diarrhea, dizziness, nosebleeds, sudden pain in extremities etc. Women in pregnancy must not take this medicament, and there are many conditions that must not have coumadin in its therapy. Those are diabetes, kidney and/or liver disease, recent injury, surgery, cancer etc. So, yes, coumadin can be the cause of your father's problems. |
