Could Depression Cause Vision Problems?

Hi, my friend is suffering from depression for some time already. He is taking medications which his doctor prescribed him and he felt pretty well in last few months. Last week he told me that has some vision problems. I would like to know if depression may cause such disorders.

Hi, my sister is also suffering from depression. She is now feeling very good but some time ago she was in pretty big crisis and she complained about vision problems. Such manifestations, which people who suffer from depression experience, may come from anxiety which is very often accompanied with depression. In such situations they are complaining on great number of symptoms which originate from their mental condition.
