Could Herbs Help Against Excessive Sweating?

Hi, I have been sweating excessively in the last time. It’s not that I am in too hot places but, my body is acting strange. Could I use some herbs for excessive sweating in order to avoid drugs?

Hi, I had periods of excessive sweating but I found out it was because of stress. So, there can be psychological background of the condition, I would have never considered it until my mother opened my eyes. I solved the problem by putting myself into less stressful situations. And herbs can be beneficial in these conditions, of excessive loss of water through skin. Take sage since it is famous for it’s healing properties, among many other also for excessive sweating. Schizandra is also effective for regulating sweating. You need to intake a lot of water, because if not your body can be dehydrated.
