Ok, so, my boyfriend and I have been debating (more like arguing, I suppose) about the possibility of having sex, but I'm scared of getting pregnant. Lately I've been doing a lot of research, but I'm still unsure about the whole thing. He said he would do a lot to try and prevent a pregnancy, but I don't know if the risk is low enough for me to do it or not. He would use a condom and spermicide, and pull out before he ejaculates, and I would be on the pill. What are my chances of getting pregnant if we do all this?
Slim to none - specially if you don't miss any pills.....The pill itself it over 99% effective if taken daily even if he didn't wear a condom AND ejaculated inside you... (but DONT let him do this UNLESS you are 100% sure he is faithful AND he has been tested for ALL STD's) even then I wouldn't let him go without a condom because you can't really be a 100% sure with anyone...i am only telling you this so your fears are subsided....of course if there are other reasons you don't want to have sex than DONT and do not let him pressure you into doing so unless you are ready mentally and physically. No man is worth it. Sex is a big responsibility and once you have it once there is no going back...Life changes completely (I have a feeling you are a virgin and this is why I am telling you these things) Again, If you are on the pill (and its NOT the mini pill AND its in at least your SECOND month of taking it your pill) U R safe..and REALLY safe if he wears a condom too- If you decide to go for it...Have fun
