I am a 32 year old female, and I have not had my period in about 4 months. I have had blood test done to confrim not pregancy. Could I really be early menapausing at this age? If so what are some common symtons to look for? I have been experiencing body aches,breast tenderness, and nose bleeds.

My sister also went through an early menopause at the age of 32, shortly after the birth of her second child.
