Could I be having complications due to a miscarriage?

I have not had my period in 4 weeks. Even then it was very light. My breasts have been sore for the past week. i didn't think anything of it thinking it could be my period. All of a sudden I was washing dishes and felt very wet down there. I went to the bathroom and my panties were saturated with blood. I put a pad on and thought I would be O.K. Then about 10 min. later I had really bad cramping and went to the bathroom. I sat on the toilet and a very large clot came out of me(almost the size of a plum). And alot of blood!!! The bleeding slowed down. Now bleeding bad again and an awful oder. What should I do??????????
