Could I be pregnant or an STD?

Hi to all. I have had the following and was wondering if anyone could help me figure out if I'm pregnant or have an STD or what could be going on:
Breasts are sore
Breasts have grown a full cup size
Breasts have blue veins
Breasts nipples are turning purple
Breasts have white looking bumps around the nipple
Sharp pains in my lower stomach
Stomach seems to be getting bigger
Stomach seems a bit hard

I have googled these and they come up as pregnant or std? is that possible? what do you guys think? Question

The wierd thing is that I have had my period for the past months. My first period after having intercourse (about 3 months ago) was wierd. Lighter, browner, shorter. But I have still had periods since. I googled that and found that one can still have what looks like periods and be pregnant. Also, this past week I had a spotting of light blood....wierd.

The only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a test.
