I got my tubes tied after my third child. 1yr later I had my right ovary removed due to enlargemnet. 4yrs later I had a 4th child. I decided to get mirena(iud) I've had it in for 1yr and half now. I always have a light period for 4-5 days. This month I spotted one little spot and thats it. I've been crying for two days straight and have had a headache and nauseated, and extremely tired. What are the possibilities of me being pregnant? I'm scared.
